TOM COOPER - Indian adventure

Tom is one of the brightest cricketing prospects to come out of this area for years. He is a regular member of the NSW Under 17 and 19 squads and it is an absolute pleasure to have such a talent playing for our Club. This is Tom's 3rd year for Easts. He has played first grade all 3 years, and includes a year playing for our U/16s in the 2002/03 season. He is currently touring India with the Australian test team after winning the Australian Under 17 Player of the tournament after some outstanding performances with the bat averaging over 100 for the competition. Tom has yet to make a hundred for our Club but is one of his goals for the coming season.
